We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partner. Prices are in USD; your local currency is shown at checkout for reference.

Processing time

In-stock items are confirmed and dispatched within 1–4 business days of your order.

Pre-order items ship after the release date shown on the product page. If your order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, it may ship together once every item is ready.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and can run longer during holidays, customs checks or peak seasons.

Tracking

When your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are set by your local customs office, are not included in our prices or shipping cost, and are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Wrong address, lost or late parcels

Please check your shipping address before you pay. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away. We can change the address until the order ships.

If your parcel hasn't arrived 10 business days after the latest estimated delivery date, email us with your order number. We'll trace it with the carrier, and if it's lost we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
